When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, the number of individuals to be covered, the type of coverage you are interested in, and any message you write.

Our website stores your language preference (English or Spanish) in your browser. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to respond to your request, check which plans and subsidies you may qualify for, prepare quotes and comparisons, and — only at your direction — help you enroll in a plan.

How we share it

We share your information with insurance carriers and enrollment platforms only as needed to quote or enroll you in coverage you have asked about. We also use trusted service providers to run this website and process form submissions (our site and forms are hosted on Netlify).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls, texts, and emails

By submitting our contact form, you agree that a licensed Hearts First agent may contact you by phone, text message, or email about the coverage options you asked about, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling the agent, or emailing us.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance record-keeping requirements. The site is served over HTTPS, and access to form submissions is limited to authorized Hearts First personnel.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@heartsfirstinsurance.com or calling (832) 975-2543. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Information about minors included in a family coverage request is provided by the responsible adult.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
